Use this guide to create a new profile and add a new Exchange email. More info on profiles.

1. Click the bottom-left Start button to open the Start Menu, type control panel in the search box and select Control Panel in the results

2. Type Mail in the search box in the top right and then click Mail

3. Click Show Profiles (If show profiles isn’t present, go to them next step)

4. Click Add and give the profile a name then press OK

5. For Outlook 2016 enter your email address then click Connect

6. For Outlook 2010 and 2013 fill out, your name, email address and password, then click Next

7. You may be asked for your password as part of the setup enter this when prompted

8. For Outlook 2016 once complete click OK

9. For Outlook 2010 and 2013 Click Finish
